     I am glad for the opportunity to tell you about my experience with Lauri. Lauri helped me sell my home and then helped me with the purchase of a new home.

     Lauri was extremely professional, knowledgeable and is an all around wonderful person. She priced my house well and went on to help me do a little design work - a picture here, the right fluffy bedding and pillow here. Sounds simple but it did the trick and my house was sold within 3 weeks. Her attention to detail - from the staging to the signing of documents was impeccable.
       Lauri spent a lot of time helping me look for another home close to my daughter's new school. She kept in touch with me almost daily. I could reach her by phone and email at any moment. If I left a message, she called me back within 10 minutes.
     Anyone who has bought or sold a home knows that these qualities are a rare find. I didn't have one bad experience. This was the 4th home I had sold and the 5th home I had purchased. This time was the only time I didn't have at least a couple issues come up. I am forever grateful for her hard work and kind ways.
     At the signing of the contract, she gave me a personal gift that I still get teary-eyed about. I had a wall in my house that had all the heights of all my children with their initials and the date we measured. I didn't know how I could possibly part with that wall. But of course I couldn't take the wall with me. She painstakingly re-created and measured and duplicated it on a board for me to bring to my new house.
